Private Customers this does not apply.

EU Customer.
EU Customers please note that UK is no longer in the European Union.

If you are having goods delivered to any country outside of the UK it is the customers responsibility to pay any TAX & Import Duties relevant to their Country.

The TAX and Duty is usually collected by the Shipping Company service (such as ParcelForce,FedEx,UPS,DPD etc.)

Goods may not be released By the Shipping Company until the TAX and duties are paid.
